Leak Detection Elite Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company number 17317582, based in Neath, South Wales. These terms apply to services booked with us and to your use of this website.

• The non-invasive Trace & Find survey is charged at a fixed £480 + VAT for residential properties, regardless of how long the investigation takes.
• The survey includes the use of appropriate specialist equipment (tracer gas, thermal imaging, acoustic listening, borescope camera and moisture meters) and a written report of findings and recommendations.
• While our methods locate the substantial majority of concealed leaks, no detection method is infallible; where a leak cannot be confirmed, the report will set out what was tested, what was ruled out, and recommended next steps.

• Remedial repairs are quoted separately on a job-by-job basis after the leak has been located. Quotations are free of obligation.
• Commercial leak detection and repair is priced individually to reflect the size and complexity of each project.

• We will agree an appointment window with you when the booking is confirmed.
• Please ensure safe access to the property and, where possible, knowledge of the stopcock location. We may need the water supply isolated during testing.
• You may cancel or rearrange without charge with reasonable notice ahead of the appointment.

Reports are prepared for the customer named on the booking and may be shared with your insurer or loss adjuster in support of a claim. Whether leak detection costs are covered is a matter for your policy — trace and access cover varies between insurers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
